I think it's very touching. Made me shed a few tears. Thoughts?

I think I've seen that one before even though I didn't watch the SuperBowl. I think someone showed it on Facebook. I think it's supposed to show how Google is helpful but for me it seemed as if the guy had memory issues and that was sad.
