It's weird though because when it's hot out I suddenly remember a ton of things I need to do outside. I'm not good with extreme heat because I get dizzy.

Noone is good with it and as we get older it is dangerous for us to be in it for any length of time especially doing manual labor

Eat ice cream! I did that today. I had fresh butterscotch ice cream in a homemade waffle cone (the Amish know how to do it right!) and it was amazing. Then I ran 3 miles indoors to work it off LOL

I saw in a magazine once about some outdoor misting device that attach to the house so when you're on your deck you feel cooler from the mist. I think I'd like something like that!
