what do you like to do to cope with stress?

I like to read, but don't have as much time for it as I use to. I also like to go jogging or exercise for deal with stress. A nice nap is good also.

What kind of music? Depends really. If I'm stressed because of anger sometimes I want some heavy metal. If I'm stressed and need to sort things out then I need more low key music like classical.
