Eh, depends on the subject matter. If it's an argument over some matter that is easily solved (such as who won the world series or some other bit of history one or the other might be mistaken about), it's easy.

If it's personal, like division of chores, infidelity or something else particular to the couple, it's not my business, and I'm likely to excuse myself.

I think I'd have to go with Strav on this one. If something is a clearly determinable matter of fact you can even look it up on Google. If it's a matter of opinion, or the kind of issue where the reality is not as simple as one is right and the other is wrong, it sounds like something they need to work out themselves.
