Stay inside in AC. On the other hand, having been here so many years, you get used to it to a certain level. Doing errands in the morning if you can.

I go easier on my exercise, and spend more time indoors with the air conditioning on. If I'm working in the part of the house that doesn't yet have air conditioning I'll take more breaks so I can cool off. It's not much fun working when dripping sweat all over everything. Electrical work is even less fun when dripping sweat everywhere.
