What would you do? I was at an age where Jobs were hard to come by. I was a factory manager and told the owners I would get a fair amount of work in exchange for a fair wage for the women employees. They came through, but It cost me my job.

Was I right in this, or should I have looked the other way?

Would I be stealing to have upheld unfair wages?

I think it's honorable to want fair wages, but I don't know if that's exactly the way to go about it. We need widespread change. You affected one place, and, of course, even a small improvement is wonderful, but we need changes in governmental policy.
