Everyone can pick an age to remain forever, what age do you pick and why?

7. No particular reason. I just had less knowledge of what was going on and less pain in my body.

I would go back to age 40. Wow, the 40s were awesome for me!! I was working out all the time, eating healthy foods, my head was in a good space and life was wonderful.

If I could keep the life experience I currently have but go back to being in my early 20s and stay there I think I'd go for that. I'd like to think I'm a better person now than I was then, largely through life experience, but I would like to regain some of the vitality of being younger.

Not least because I'd like to know how fit I could have been then, had I spent more time exercising.

25 — young enough to do it often, old enough to do it right.

(Interpret that however you’d like…)
