Good but what use is it and that Zelenski forces the men to fight is also bad. I saw one pastor on youtube from Ukrain who could escape the country just in time, before they were all forbidden to leave.

Bringing charges against someone and stopping him from committing more are two different things. How will they prevent more war crimes from happening?
