We were on a video call last night and the hosts had their phone connected to their tv so they could see everyone from across the room. The problem was there was feedback of double voices. How can that be avoided if they want to keep the hook up that way?

Use headphones, or maybe earphones, then the voices of those on the TV will not be loud enough to cause any echoes.

Is there a headphone that both people can hear from at the same time? There were two people doing the video with the tv in their room.
