Well, it COULD possibly be true if the vaccine actually did what it was supposed to do. The covid vaccine was a semi-failure and I say semi because it seemed to help at the beginning with the first strain, but the mutations got the best of things and the vaccine was no longer as effective. The warnings now are that hospitalizations are high and mostly they're seniors...seniors who have been vaccinated. So we know the vaccine should be better and needs improvement. As it stands now, the judge is wrong.

Sounds like the judge is just as Nescient or Ignorant (these are actually different words, the second involving willfulness) as the rest of the general populace, and subject to the general propaganda.
Several studies were carried out in the early 1900's with regards to the flu. Sick people's fluids were given orally to the healthy, and even injected into them. The sick were told to cough on the healthy and shared the same breathing space, along with several other body-to-body-close proximity between sick and healthy and not one of the many healthy got sick.
One would think this would be the end of the matter, but no. The lie of germ theory just keeps getting repeated over and over, as well as the lie about vaccinations in general, and the entertainment propaganda (see above) that makes individual choice and freedom seem selfish. Wash, rinse, repeat.
