This Covid- 19 plague has really managed to overturn all expectations for 2020. When it first started, I had to take two Covid- 19 tests and neither experience was pleasant. That sleep study was a bust anyway. Who can sleep with a bunch of wires glued to him? Our church, Hope Lutheran Church in Manassas, VA, had online services for awhile, but by the end of Summer, we were back to more abbreviated in person services. I do miss our beautiful Lutheran hymns. This past week ( December 3), I was able to attend a private Confession and Absolution, my first since this whole mess began. Not being able to use the service books made the experience a bit more informal, but no less valid. Over the course of the year, I've begun to understand a bit more about Young Earth Creationism and www.answersinigenesis.org has been a wonderful resource for me to use. Still working, of course and trying to keep my head above water. The blessed thing about this year is that I haven't been afflicted by the illnesses I had last year. So, how have you all been?

It's good to see you here again and glad you're doing well! This year has been a year of "waiting" for me. I had wanted to have surgery early on in the year but the doctor wanted a biopsy first and then because of covid that was delayed for months! After that there were mess ups from the doctor's office and my surgery never got scheduled and then when it did it got canceled because the doctor had a family emergency. It's looking like it won't happen until 2021 and who knows when that will be since states are shutting down again so will my surgery get delayed even more?

Other than that I have a really clean house! LOL

Thanks! I'm going to try to prioritize the forum a bit more. It will pass, surely, but I'm kind of impatient for the day we can all look back on all of this rather than to keep having our endurance tested by it. As always, I have no doubt that our prayers have reached God's Habitation in Heaven and everything will unfold as it ought to. Blessings to you as well, @Josiah !

Wow, prayers on the ascent for you, Lammchen. I'm sorry to hear that things have been so rough for you. A clean house is definitely a plus, so far as that goes..
