A brave bridesmaid is being hailed a hero after removing a snake from her sister’s wedding. It happened in Florence, Arizona. Erika Rodriguez was fearless and showed zero hesitation after swooping the slithering creature up. A parade of guests followed along with their cellphones as she removed the snake from the wedding venue.

Would you be able to do what she did?

Able to? Yes, it's not difficult.

Willing to? Depends on the snake species. Something venomous isn't to be messed with lightly. If it's a constrictor they are safer, you just don't want a bite to get infected because it will probably try to bite if you grab it. If you know how to grab a snake behind the head quickly it's easy enough in theory. With some snakes you can grab them by the rear half safely and drag them away. It looks like that's what the bridesmaid is doing here.
