The Department of Education was formed to try to help students, and yet kids are getting stupid instead of smarter. Tests scores are down. What else does that department do that might get affected though in a negative way? At least until the states pick it up to help?

"Negative" is a sort or relative term here, everything they do, and they do a lot outside of simple schooling, has political and social agenda's behind it so it kind of depends on which side of the aisle you are on to say if something is a negative or a positive.

President Donald Trump is poised to sign an executive order on Thursday to start the process of dismantling the Department of Education, two administration officials told CNN, a move that will begin fulfilling a major campaign promise.

Yay!!!!

Most of these points below have already been put in place, and infiltrators within the Department of Education and Teacher's unions have been behind them. Points 38, 39, and 41 have especially been at work just in my era of the '60's to today. And don't be fooled just because we don't hear today's media using the word Communist much anymore. "Progressive" is the NEW word for Communism today; same old lies, same old goals. (My remarks below in blue.)

___________________________________________________________

From 1958 long-range Soviet Communist strategy against The United States, documented by ex-FBI agent Cleon Skousen in his book The Naked Communist...

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
(Department of Education and Teacher's unions have been some of the main supporters of this Soviet Communist strategy.)

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
(It might be difficult to believe this could be true, but getting control of the 'mind' of the young has always been a plank in early Communist strategy.)

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations that are under Communist attack.
(I especially saw that kind of thing during the Vietnam War, student riots on American college campuses, students waving the North Vietnamese Communist flag at college campus rallies, and even Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland up on stage promoting outright rebellion.

Jane Fonda would even wind up traveling to Communist North Vietnam during the war, to the Hanoi POW 'Hilton', and when an American POW leader in secret handed her small pieces of paper with the names of the POW's there which were listed as MIA, she handed those pieces of paper to the NVA officer on her way out. And as far as I know, she has never repented of doing that.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
(Now you should realize just why most of today's American media follows the Communist Party line. It was a Soviet strategic point all along. And if you keep a watch on the New York Times best-seller list, the majority of it is fictional filth and pro-Communist propaganda.)

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings,” substituting shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
(I recall the little girl whose father was an oil painter, and he gave her oil paints to play with, and she came up with some really neat Abstract style paintings that her parents submitted to a gallery. Those oil paintings sold for a lot of money. Then New York art critics got news of it, and started slandering the little girl's parents, claiming the father did those paintings and passed them as done by his little girl. The art gallery then took all the paintings down. Then later, the father made a video of his daughter doing some oil paintings, proving she was the one doing them, and the gallery put her paintings back up, and continued selling them. Charlie Rose did a one hour TV show just on the little girl siding with the New York art critics to try and defame the little girl and her parents. It's kind of obvious what their 'fear' about the little girl was; because if a little 4 or 5 year old can paint believable oil Abstracts, then anyone can do it, and it only reveals how the New York art critic world is simply following this 22nd Soviet Communist strategy point.)

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.
(Believe it or not, that strategy, and many of these other points, first began with the Bavarian Illuminati started by the orthodox Jew Adam Weishaupt, a law professor in 18th century Austria. See John Robison's 1798 book Proofs Of A Conspiracy where he documented that. Weishaupt's strategy was to overthrow all the governments and monarchs of Europe, along with Christianity. His Illuminati order infiltrated top Masonic lodges in Europe.)

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
("The Bible doesn't really mean exactly what it says, it's mostly poetry and philosophy"; that's the Communist Party line of Socialist religious dogma. The ex-KGB colonel Anatoliy Golitsyn who defected to the U.S. in the 1960s showed in his 1984 book New Lies For Old, that the Soviet Communists hold religious summits in Moscow, inviting western Christian ministers, and the strategy is to impress upon those Christian ministers to preach world socialism, peace and disarmament in their western Churches. The last religious summit in Moscow I heard about was in 1993, but I'm certain there have been others since then.

The idea of 'revealed religion' though, is recognition of God's Word revealed via The Holy Spirit, which is how true study in God's Word happens.)

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state”.
(Yep. That happened in my era, because when I was in grammar school in the U.S., we always began the first period with a prayer.)

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
(If you pay attention to even Democrats, you will sometimes hear them discrediting the U.S. Constitution, claiming it is outdated and such. One of these Soviet Communist strategy points includes their goal to take over one or more political parties of The United States. Which party today do you most think that might be? I'll give you hint; a certain American political Party today includes an outward admitting Communist that has run for U.S. President. And his initials are B.S.)

30. Discredit the American founding fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
(The Japanese back at WWII claimed their expansion of taking over territories added to their empire was simply the same strategy that the United States exercised to become its nation. That of course is not true, because most of the lands obtained by the United States were actually 'bought'. So likewise, the Communists try and use that similar strategy with the U.S. Founders.)

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of “the big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
(Since the Communists took over Russia and Eastern Europe is meant, since Skousen documented this Communist strategy in 1958. Russia and Eastern Europe were Christian nations before the Communists came to power through some wealthy American Socialists who funded the early Communist revolution. Look up history about Trotsky, who was caught in Nova Scotia on his way to Moscow, having left New York, and had $10,000 USD on him found by the police. London told Nova Scotia to release him. Trotsky was on his way to Moscow to help foment the Communist revolution.)

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture – education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
(This has especially been a Communist strategy of the 1970's forward. Now Social workers have police powers. Kind of like the old Gestapo of Nazi Germany.)

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
(What I just said above.)

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose communist goals.
(Pure Communist policy in all... Communist nations. If you don't two the Communist Party line, then mental instability is often used as an excuse to imprison the non-compliant person. Many refugees that fled Communist nations have testified of this.)

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
(Did you really think today's young grammar school kids being taught about gay partners Fay and Joyce raising a child is a natural family thing, and an idea from those who might have mental health issues? No, it has been a Communist long-range strategy against The United States all along.)

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
(Communist control of the Psychiatric field again, Strategic Point #39 above. Applied against both the child and the parents.

I recall a co-worker's ten year old son came up to his father one day, and told his father that he couldn't whip him anymore or he would turn his father in. The kid's school told him that. The kid's father then told him, "you like that nice computer I bought you, and those nice clothes you love, and your mom taking you to ball practices, shopping at the mall so you can also hang out some with your friends, go to the movie theatre, etc.? The kid backed up, the father said, and began to apologize to his father. I recall the young girl whose father bought her a laptop, and she abused use of it. She wouldn't stop, so he took it out in the back yard and blew the laptop away with his shotgun, and it was recorded on video. The daughter called the law on him, but said there was nothing they could do, since he was the one who bought the laptop.)

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special interest groups should rise up and make a “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
(Definitely a strategy Communists used during the Vietnam War on U.S. college campuses. And today, Democrats are actually promoting... violence against Republicans and supporters of Donald Trump!)
