Transgender athlete wins discrimination case

USA Powerlifting lost a two-year court battle this week after a judge ruled that it had discriminated against transgender athlete JayCee Cooper by banning her from competing in women's competitions.

The ruling also mandated that the sports organization "cease and desist from all unfair discriminatory practices" because of sexual orientation and gender identity and that it revise its policy related to sexual orientation and gender identity within two weeks.

Just absurd....

Why aren't women everywhere protesting this slam against them? They worked for decades to get women sports and for that to get respected and funded (a fight not yet over). Now this absurd woke philosophy is destroying it all. Where are the feminists? Where are the women libers?

Why not just put anyone against anyone and only the big strong guys win and all the women and kids and less strong men can quit sports or never get a medal, because you may not discriminate.

I guess if you can't win against the guys it's easier to pull on a leotard and compete against the girls.
