What are your thoughts on tiny homes being a good stepping stone for millennials and Gen-Zers who want to own their own homes?

Could you live in one?

I did live in a tiny apartment for longer than I originally planned. A tiny home seems very similar in concept, although I don't know how much space you get compared to my tiny apartment.

I guess if I had to I could do it again, but I wouldn't choose to. As far as a starter home is concerned it's been a thing for some time that people expect their first home to have four bedrooms and an acre of lawn, and wonder why it doesn't work that way. It's called a property ladder for a reason.

What would make more sense would be for governments to stop endlessly interfering with the market to enable a favored group to get a benefit over everyone else, and let the market find its own level.
