What’s the most difficult thing you ever had to do?

Fire employees. That would be at the top of my list.

Euthanize a pet would be on my list, too.

End of life decisions with my sibling for my mother.

Watching my grandpa slowly lose all his memories. He forgot my name and who I was, his own name, how to walk.. and eventually how to breathe. I would rather die than have dementia.
