What are your thoughts on the relevance of the Bible in today’s society?
The Bible is relevant in our society, America, because our society was founded on the Bible.
Thus, the farther we move away from the Bible, which we are doing, the less our country reflects what we were, and what we were intended to be.
In other words, our Constitution, our laws, were created for a God fearing Christian people. The less Christian, the less God fearing, the less Bible honoring we become, the less our country can function on those laws and Constitution.
And so the laws must change. Just look at us now constantly worshipping the glories of 'democracy'. Yet America was never intended to be a democracy. The founding fathers feared democracy. A Republic is what we were to be. But my how that is changing.
You can look at the view of the Bible in our society as a thermometer showing how far we cease to be what we should be.
As the enemies like to declare, 'America Reframed'.
