Why does the following beast kingdom example in Revelation 12:3-4 have a different number of "crowns", than the beast kingdom given in the next Revelation 13 chapter?

Rev 12:3-4
3
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
KJV

Rev 13:1
13 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw
a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
KJV

No one here has even considered that difference between the beast kingdom of Rev.12:3-4 compared to the beast kingdom for the end of Rev.13:1?

Is it that difficult to recognize the beast kingdom in Rev.12:3-4 is linked to the time when that "dragon" drew a third of the stars (angels) to earth, which points to Satan's original rebellion in the old world?

And especially, aren't there any brethren here that can count to seven and ten?

1. "seven crowns" -- Rev.12:3
2. "ten crowns" -- Rev.13:1
