Text in Complete Sentences?

If you do texting on your phone, do you write complete sentences? Do you use punctuation?

No it defeats the purpose. I only text quick little communications. If it needs to be more complicated then it’s time to make a phone call.

Always complete text. People type all kinds of slang to me that I just don't understand, so I have to ask them again and again to make sure there is no miscommunication.
When I ask them what "bet" means they laugh, turns out it means "you bet".... A simple "yes" would have done just fine lol

Always proper text. It annoys me intensely when people abbreviate things to the point it's not clear what they meant, it completely defeats the point of communicating if your only response is to either ignore it or ask them to send it again using real words.

I am similar.

I use texts ONLY for very short communications..... I may use whole words or maybe not.

If "whole sentences" are needed, I phone back (or much less often, email back)

That device you use to text, access the 'net and take pictures is also a phone! A lot of people don't know that.
