I'm not sure that "alcohol to go" is that novel a concept. In England just about every corner shop has a license to sell beers, wines and spirits to take away.

The alcohol to go started in earnest with COVID and restaurants being allowed to prepare a drink in a to go container and was subsequently allowed since the the state mandated COVID restrictions were removed. Many restaurants offer to go cups for your beverages and this now includes alcoholic drinks.

I wasn't aware the constitutional carry bill had passed. Looks like it is awaiting the Governor's signature if I am seeing this right. The restrictions for felons is still there. There are several things on this I am unclear about at this time. Overall, I don't have strong feelings on this one either way.

Thankfully no mask mandate and is up to businesses and individuals. I am seeing more businesses relaxing that too. Some are still very restrictive.

Texas is no different from any other State in the US.

The earth being "distorted" (Isaiah 24:1) provides the religious and moral basis to redraw the boundaries between and within nations.

After all, such boundaries are nothing more than a social construct, which can be easily changed (Such as Alsace-Lorraine and the Polish Corridor, etc), or completely abolished.

Consequently, Texas is no different from any other State, because all the US States will be abolished once America has been conquered, invaded, and subjugated.

Such internal boundaries would be redrawn to create Kingdoms within the Greater empire of North America, and their historical sources destroyed in order to bring them to heel.

Well the constitutional carry is not yet done. The Senate added some amendments which the House did not like. The two houses set up a joint committee to hash out the differences to see where compromise can be made.

I understand there's good BBQ in Texas.... A relative of mine (who is a self-described BBQ expert) says the best BBQ place in the world is in Texas.

I think Texas has some pro-life policies! Wonderful!

A friend of mine says the houses in Texas are bigger than anywhere else in the USA, but I wouldn't know.

There are large houses, but not all are. Mine isn't.

I doubt our Lord and Savior would wear a mask. He didn’t even wear gloves when laying hands on lepers. WWJD?

Apparently the Texans haven't learned that you have to build your electrical infrastructure to be weather proof

Maybe non-Texans need to realize that it is very unusual for Texas to get that cold in the winter.
