If different members of the team don't share the dream, I guess.

Teamwork makes the dream work. When is this not true?
When noone wants to put in the work.
As a church our dream/vision was to get the city saved. We watched a video from Transformations. It looked really easy. The Muthees started to pray. The congregation joined. The witchcraft woman left town. The town got saved. But that was Africa. Now Tiel. There was a country famous witch in Tiel, who had left the town and when we started a church there whoop she was back, 20 meter away from our building and she was not lazy. She'd get up every morning and do whatever there. Curse us or something.
Other churches didn't want to work together. Noone wanted to pray for the lost. Dumbest thing ever. Eventually I took offense, because my ex kept saying that it would only work if everyone prayed, so I got up 5.30, which was a huuuuge thing for me, to pray in church from 6 to 8 before work, cause God said we had to and then you come there and there are 1 or 2 ppl, sometimes 4, great if you ask me, better than nothing, but no, all the time: God said everyone needs to come and almost everyone was like: I don't care. I need to go to the cafe today and sleep in tomorrow. So one day only one new girl came, who just came to faith and she complained that noone else was there and she was horrible. She cheated on her man, we later found out and she was just a narcissist. So instead of praying my ex talked to her all the time. Oh yes sweet darling. Awww now there is noone else. And I was like: I did not get up that horrid early to listen to this whining. So then he said: shall we go on with that morning prayer or quit it altogether, what do you think? And I said lets quit it. Year later we were divorced. Church was gone. Most of those ppl who came there are also divorced. The city is not saved. Great story from those ppl in Kenya though, 3:24:

In the end you see their sign. It says: Pray pray pray. A vision that is not prayed through aborts.
