States/Countries that allow us to save...

Does your state or country allow for you to break into a car to save an animal who has been locked inside while the owner does his shopping or appointments. It's so cruel to lock a dog in a car and people do it all the time not realizing that it only takes a few minutes for that car to heat up to an extreme temperature!

Yes they do, seems like animals are protected more than children are, not sure how to feel about this
