I have corned beef and cabbage every year, love the stuff

I made corned beef and cabbage over the weekend and we're still eating the leftovers! It was so tender and tasty!

I love corned beef but this is the only time of year I can afford it. It is on sale but regular is close to 4 a pound

I have a little Irish on my mother's side of the family and enjoy playing a long by wearing green but I don't like corned beef and cabbage. Two out of three ain't bad.
