Smoking in vehicles

Delaware Gov. John Carney signed a bill into law that would ban smoking in any vehicle in the state, if someone under the age of 18 is an occupant of the vehicle.

Do you agree or disagree that what you do in your own vehicle is no ones business?

I agree with the bill. I can remember as a child having my parents and their friends smoke in the car and I would hold my breath as long as I could because I hated breathing in that second hand smoke.

I had tongue cancer 6 years ago and the doctors couldn't pinpoint what caused it to happen, but the oncologist suggested it could have been from second hand smoke. Let's save the kids! Ban smoking in vehicle while they're in them.

Do you agree or disagree that what you do in your own vehicle is no ones business?

Yes, it is no one else business if I want to smoke in my car......but if I am in a car with a minor then it is also their business and no longer my own. So I agree with the new law.
