Slow Lowering Toilet Seats

I have them in my house, so no more toilet seat slamming down. Plus they are so easy to clean.

Just wondering if anyone else has one?

They don't slam down anyway if you take a couple of seconds to lower them. It's really not that difficult.

I put them in a vacation rental I own, renters kept damaging the regular ones by letting the top drop. But at home I have the regular lids.

There IS a really easy way to avoid any noise or damage.... and a lot of guys practice this: Just don't put the seat down.

My Mom trained me to lower it, however.

Couples divorce over this stuff.

It's really not that difficult to lower the seat without breaking it.

When you have young children in the house, they sometimes just drop the lid or the seat down. I can see this being good for that situation.
