Is it sinful to have cultural art that includes images of Buddha, Confucius, or other figures of the like in the home? (Why/Why Not)

It seems to me that it's more about our interaction with stuff than what stuff we have.

Some people worship Buddha, so we might argue that we shouldn't have them in our homes. But then some people worship Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian and yet it would be absurd to say we shouldn't have pictures of celebrities in our homes. (Personally I wouldn't want a picture of Taylor Swift or Kim Kardashian but I'm sure some would).

For some people their cars, their sports teams or whatever else are idols. Does that mean a teenager with a poster of a gleaming Lamborghini is sinning simply by having a picture on the wall?
