Should Muslim women be forced to remove hijabs (head scarves)?

I've read a few stories where women were asked (in private businesses as well as in the court systems) and they refused.

I personally feel if they refuse for a private business then the private business has the right to refuse service if they're doing it for a reason that refuses all sorts of other types of head gear. As for the courts, I'm not sure since not all hijabs cover the entire face.

Depends on what is going on, if it is a security risk then yes. If only because you object to it then no. As fior the courts I agree that they should remove it

no freedom of religion applies to ALL religions, matter of a fact, if I found out a business was doing that I would take my business elsewhere.
