People who are working on themselves, what are you working on to improve yourself?

I'm on a diet this new year to lose 10 pounds. I lost my Christmas cookie weight already so now I'm starting on the 10 pounds. I'm doing okay so far with healthy eating and not snacking. It's hard to do since I'm used to grazing all day long with little things.

Continuing to maintain and improve my fitness. I'm contemplating adding weights to my regime but don't want my upper body to bulk up too much. I'm too old to be looking like I'm trying to build rippling muscle. I don't want that, I'd just be aiming to add some extra strength.

I’ve been using a Christian planner and a Christian journal. It has spaces for prayer, to do lists, health etc.

Was going to take yet another post-grad degree, but I do not want to spend yet another year in school. I want to get off the computer and live my life more outside my house walls. I still don't want to neglect my career, so I'm doing a couple of intense workshops instead. So - self-improvement is about career and social engagement this year, including finding a church I feel safe attending.
