Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,
Now, there are 3 Witnesses of the Godhead:-
(1) Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:9; John 7:16, 12:49 & 14:7)
(2) The Christian Bible (2 Timothy 3:16)
(3) The Creation (Romans 1:20)
Thus, the above Scripture is pertaining to the Creation at (3).
However, all scientific theories are part of God's Creation at (3).
Thus, scientific theories can still be used to support theological arguments or biblical exegesis, but they cannot be used to invalidate the Bible itself, no more so than the Bible could be used to invalidate scientific theories.
For one cannot be used to invalidate the other, vice versa.
Obviously, God's creation includes all of the major scientific theories, such as Galilean astronomy, Newtonian mechanics, Special Relativity, and Darwinian evolution, etc.
However, Darwinian evolution includes the Theory of human extinction, which has postulated that countless ethnicities have been created and countless others have become extinct since time immemorial, and such a law is a constant one, which predates civilisation itself.
In actual fact, the Bible provides evidence to support the idea that different ethnicities are always bound by their geography and their time on this earth is invariably limited.
Thus, the below Scripture provides a brief summarised account of evolution in a nutshell:-
Acts 17:26 And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings,
Such a time limit implies that the various ethnicities are created at different times and they will become extinct at different times, which should have the most profound and far reaching implications in regards to the below eschatology:-
Revelation 7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,
Obviously, the diversity of humankind (which is a result of human adaptation due to differential selective pressures) is a permanent state of affairs, because human evolution itself is a constant law (Ecclesiastes 1:9), which cannot be negated by the future establishment of the new heaven and earth.
Since human evolution is a constant law (Ecclesiastes 1:9) it implies that countless new ethnicities will be created, and countless others will also become extinct in the new heaven and earth.
So, what are the scientific implications regarding the diversity of humankind in Revelation 7:9?
Although the diversity of humankind is a constant law it cannot be used to negate the theory that countless new ethnicities will be created, and countless others will also become extinct.
For one does not negate the other, vice versa.
Consequently, we are not to assume that all the existing ethnicities will be the same ones in the new heaven and earth (Revelation7:9), because countless ethnicities will be created and countless others will become extinct in the new heaven and earth due to the law of evolution, which is a constant law that permeates all life on this planet.
Although created by God humans cannot be exempt from the law of evolution, which implies that countless new ethnicities will be created, and countless others will also become extinct in the new heaven and earth.
Ultimately, such a scientific theory should have the most profound and far reaching implications in terms of the future geopolitical developments and the strategic balance of power between nations.
Such a scientific theory cannot be negated by the biblical diversity of humankind stated in Revelation 7:9.
