Reset Your Password to Log In!

If you find you're having problems getting onto the site, please reset your password and make it into a different one than your old password. We're finding from other members that if you don't have the "Remember Me" checked and you log out of your account that you might be receiving an error of incorrect username or password. To fix that, reset your password and do not use the same one, change it.

If you still cannot log in after changing the password, please use the Contact Us here on the site and tell us your username and we can email you a temporary password to log in...and then you must change it. We can't do this if you don't tell us who you are when contacting us though so give us your username.

Just to report that for the last few days, I've had a hard time logging on... I checked the Facebook page and saw no reports of others having problems, but it was on both my personal and my work computers (which have different servers and internet providers); same/same. It was okay this morning.

Did it say Page Not Found? I know a couple others have had that problem if that's what you had.

I've gotten two: "Failed to connect to the website's server" (or something like that) and more often, I got the website of a provider of domain names nothing that the site's name is not yet active (or something like that). I've come here twice this morning and both times it was fine.

That's what just happened to me but just for the one day.

Well just recently we had a domain name renewal so you might have been logging in during the time when it had expired until the renewal took place?

Yeah it was offline for a day, probably what you are talking about Lamm, about the renewal thing because it said something about the domain not being available when I used a bookmark for "settings", the front page gave me a 404.
