Questions about the New World and our Resurrected and perfected bodies

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Hebrews 9:27-28

So when Jesus raised those from the dead, and I'm sure they became believers (or were already), yet they physically died later on... Did they die twice?
My understanding is that we die in Christ as the old Adam and are resurrected spiritually in Faith in the new Adam... so when we die physically we aren't really dead right? Because we have eternal life...
So it almost sounds like will be reincarnated into new perfected bodies in a very physical world (along as spiritual) on a New Earth with a New Heaven, the Gospel speaks of worlds (plural)...
I honestly don't find us walking around on clouds as spirits, technically speaking we will be reincarnated into new perfected bodies on a new World for the old world (our current world) will pass away.
Does this mean this current idea of Heaven will be changed into something we have no clue of what it could be like?
I'd like to hear views on this, I often wonder about the Mysteries we can't possible fathom.

Short version is that those who pass through the tribulation and survive will physically inhabit the earth with Christ ruling and reigning and those of us that have died in Christ will be in heaven with Christ till He returns and we will rule and reign with Him for 1000 years. After that it talks of a new heavens and earth and it also says we will be as the angels, think about that for a moment, like the angels!
