problems with sleep

I have been having problems lately both going to sleep and staying asleep. I am not sure that I even got two hours of sleep in a row last night. I had a bad dream to which actually was so bad I was shaking when I woke up. That isn't like me since I rarely have bad dreams.

sometimes caffeine can keep you awake..well it can for me at least..do you drink coffee or soda?

Do you have a nightly routine before bed? Is your room dark? Or are electronics lighting it up a bit...which doesn't help.

I think you said you have a new job so it could be you have a lot on your mind?

soda, which I have been doing for years. that hasn't changed

Usually I just read some before bed. There isn't any lights on which would be a problem. I did start a new job about 30 days ago, which has been a good change for me so far. I don't particularly feel more stressed. If anything, I was more stressed in the last job. The new job offers better flexibility and is a really good fit for me.

Could be since I am so use to it. Seriously though, i am going to the doctor in the next few days to talk to him about pain in my right arm. I have a bulging disc in my neck and it at times causes radiating pain in my right arm and the last two weeks i have been hurting. The last few days it has gotten worse for some reason

Yes, it hurts all the time. I have some Lyrica left over so I am going to take that until I can get to the doctor.
