Prayers for the less fortunate

Prayer thread for those who are less fortunate. It's good to give to those in need and it's good to pray for them as well.

There are a couple of families from work I keep in my prayers knowing Christmas will be rough.

Yes .. Even when you think you have less, someone has less then you and thats when I think you should help out.

What I'm saying is we are having a hard time but we have a roof over our head and food in our stomaches. Many people don't and this is time of year when we (I) should help. As its getting colder and people are in need more.

I am reaching out to a young unwed mother who is down in her fortunes. I went shopping today for her and her baby girl for Christmas, but I could not locate her when I went looking for her. Last year she joined our church, so pray with me that I can find her. She did not attend church on Sunday.

What a great thing! It is always touching to see people thinking of others. I pray that you will find your family and that Lamm will make Christmas a brighter place for those she touchs
