Do you prefer unrehearsed prayer over liturgical prayer and if so why?

I do but that is because to me it is a conversation and not a rite

In church liturgical prayer...at home and out and about off the cuff prayers. Mostly I pray for others.

Unrehearsed; giving my supplications, and attention wholly to prayer, rather than sounding out works from memory without depth or feeling.

Our Father who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be thy name;
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
And forgive us our trespasses
