My niece needs to do physical therapy for her knee. Has anyone ever had to go through this? What were some exercises that helped you?

My wife twisted her knee a while back and had a few sessions with a physiotherapist. They gave her specific exercises to do between appointments. It's probably better to figure out what's wrong with your niece's knee and exercise accordingly - if her condition is different the wrong exercises won't be helpful.

I have messed up both my knees at different times. One during the pandemic and one later. I remember doing some exercises with a round cylinder under my knee a pressing against it and I remember doing a few other floor exercises. It is very debatable if it helped at all. I still have left knee pain sometimes which is arthritis and possibly scar tissue
