I have lost many pets over the years and no matter how many times you go through the loss of a pet, it never seems to get any easier.
I have always taken comfort in believing that they are up in heaven and that all pets that we lose go over the rainbow bridge, I also tell my kids this and it is something that has helped them cope with a loss, they first lost a family pet in July 2022 when Smokey, our family cat of 12 years sadly passed away.
