I was reading on Facebook about the 500 year old frozen Inca mummy who most likely was sacrificed to a "god". In the comments section a person tried to claim that Christians used to sacrifice children to God. I'm surprised people believe this.

It was standard Roman imperial propaganda applied both to Christians and Jews. Some said that Jews did it all through the middle ages. Some last century tried to revive that calumny against the Jews. Today some use similar critiques of Jehovah's witnesses regarding blood transfusions.
