What is his denomination and theological affiliation? I can't find it anywhere.... I'm always weary of any pastor who seems to hide that.

I found he graduated from a loose modern American "Evangelical" seminary but since people often graduate from seminaries they don't necessarily agree with or whose denomination they don't belong to, that doesn't mean much.
