I live in an area of lots of retirees and where people come to winter. Both churches my husband serves as part time Pastor are involved in thrift stores. People know that purchases support the area churches as well as any needs in the community and beyond.

That's really interesting! Do they own the stores and run them or are they just involved by helping out?
