Can I mention in one of both of them that I coughed twice this morning and then had a fleeting thought that I may be totally naughty? :p

(not to trivialize the real illnesses and real challenges that some face in day to day living for which they are both in my prayer and a source of encouragement in my faith; I myself face few - but not none - so I like a little self deprecating humour occasionally)
