Either a hot air balloon ride or a helicopter ride. Both are really expensive.

That's a good question - sometimes this question could be extended to your Bucket List. I'd love the chance to go diving with the great whites, underwater in the waters of Australia. They are lovely creatures and are very misunderstood, shark attacks tend to only happen at the surface where they mistake you as a seal.
