With my current communication course I’m having with my T, I can communicate but minimalistically only. Such as “No help necessary, thanks very much” to salespeople. I’m no longer rude to perfect strangers who greet me, I just say “please leave me alone” and they usually understand and go away instantly! T has been giving me scripts on how to assert myself so I know what I’m saying to others and thence without being aggressive or taking any offence. This is a huge step forward for me being able to communicate even with a very few words. I’m no longer triggered by a mere greeting. I’ve said so to a saleswoman whom I’ve refused help from. Follow these communication tips and you’ll be fine at all times. Social anxiety is unnecessary in co-existing with others.
