Communists have always noted that money buys elections - so the elections in the free world - aren't really free. However, though, people not getting endorsements - could be a sign they're no good. It reminds me of this argument about music, "What's better Indie (punk) or established record labels?". However, again, though, just cause someone isn't endorsed - doesn't mean they aren't good. In fact, if people won't follow them - that's a sign they stink! But, again, it takes money to make an independent record label.
