Member Locked Out of Account?

Someone wrote in the Contact Me that he/she is locked out of the account here but did not give us a username so we cannot help. Please if this is you write in the Contact Me again with your username so we can reset the password on our end.

That was me. For some reason my account locked up even though I put in the right password. Everything is okay now

I don't know it was pretty frustrating. I changed the password, but I had to wait a while for the system to reset

It's understandable. I don't know why it happened though? If it happens again, next time leave your username and someone can change the password and email it to you to try to log in.
