Matthew 8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
At the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Jews will be returned from the lands thay have been scattered. They will be, along with the old testament saints, given the promised kingdom on earth. Luke 13:29
Matthew 8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Not all of Israel will enter the kingdom. They are saved unto eternal life by believing on Jesus, that he is the Son of God, their Messiah; but to enter the kingdom, they have to be righteous, by keeping the commandments, and enduring to the end. Matthew 5:20 Matthew 7:21 Mark 13:13
If they fail to endure to the end, they will be cast out into outer darkness. This is not to say they are cast into hell. Those that do not recieve Jesus will be cast into hell; but these have believed on Jesus, they are the children of the kingdom that have not done what was required of them in order to inherit that kingdom. Luke 13:28
In the similarity of the verse below, it can be seen that the weeping and gnashing of teeth could be construed as being cast into hell; there is however, a difference between weeping and wailing that prohibits them being the same in meaning.
Matthew 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
