What’s the one thing you did that made your health so much better?
Two key things.
The first was when I massively cut down on the sugary soda. The endless free refills offered in the US means you lose any track of just how much of the stuff you're drinking and the sugar content is terrifying. I switched to iced tea and the difference was remarkable.
Then I started moving around more. So far I'm down 50-60 pounds and that's a distorted figure because I've laid down more muscle along the way. I haven't had blood work done since then because I hate needles but so far my weight is way down, pulse is down, blood pressure is down and my moving speed is massively up.
