Long week

Hi all! I haven't been around much because I went back to visit family for Easter. I got to spend time with my mom and even sat with her during one of her chemo treatments for 5 hours. She's doing well!

My nephew ended up in the hospital again so please continue saying prayers for him as well?

It was a 13 hour drive there and a 13 hour drive back. I'm home now but too tired to read through threads.

I had a hard time falling asleep because the long drive made me really dizzy. I'm not sure why that happened.

I’ve had that happen a couple of times where every time I start drifting off to sleep my muscles jump and wakes me up. Its very aggravating.

I have restless leg syndrome some nights, I heard it's something to due with lack of iron in the system, also I used to have exploding head syndrome(yes it's a real thing), you were hear loud buzzing sound that vibrates inside your head and wakes you up! I used to think it was aliens trying to zap my brain lol

Some use an aluminium foil hat or an aluminium foil hat lining to prevent aliens from zapping their brains; I think it is a little bit crazy but they appear to think it is important. My guess is that they think aliens only ever send their zapping rays from above and never from eye level or below since the aluminium foil hats and hat linings never go around the head and under the chin.



I hope you recover from your restless legs - they say it is related to poor circulation in some cases.

Yes just like that! Or it could be something even scarier like a women crying loudly inside your head, there is a vibration that goes with it, and it makes you restless.because as soon as you start to drift off it happens again.
I had one with a baby yelling "put be down", I woke up and I knew it was loud in my head but it didnt come.from outside. Creepy creepy
