Labor Day weekend

If you're celebrating Labor Day weekend, what are your plans?

My husband went to the Amish market and got some fresh beef and we grilled burgers for lunch. He's off work until Monday.

I'm fortunately off on Labor Day this year, but I'll probably just use the day to catch up on sleep and household chores. As for this weekend, I've had work.

It sounds like we're going out to eat now. I don't even own a grill anymore.

No grill??? Horrifying!! We have a propane grill that's hooked up to our house propane (tank is underground), so it's so simple to go out and flip the switch and heat up the grill quickly. We even grill in the winter

I started jogging again about a week ago so I went about 5 times this last week to the gym to run on the treadmill. I am doing the run, walk method. I can run for about 12 minute straight so far and then have to walk some. I'm trying to get up to 30 minutes straight for my first goal

We have a propane grill our friends gave to us about 9 years ago because they were upgrading it. In 9 years we've used it a grand total of..... never.

Today we had burgers, but we cooked them on a regular stove. It's too much effort to haul the propane grill out and heat it up for the sake of two burgers.
