John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
6:45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
Jesus was sent by the Father to be the Saviour to all but was first sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel (Matthew 15:24).
The Father draws those who will hear and will come by his word (Isaiah 54:13 Romans 10:17 1 Corinthians 2:10).
Micah 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
Believing Israel will enter into the promised Davidic kingdom on earth and the Gentile nations that will also enter will be taught by God.
