About the history of the Christian faith and church, what would it be?

ONE thing?

More humility and faith, less egoism and subjecting God's words to the mind and power quests and individualism of self.

Does that qualify as one thing?

A better view of servitude in that it's not degrading to do things for others.

I'm no fan of Christian military but Islam at that time had been conquering and slaughtering Christians non stop, we had one little crusade and all of a sudden that makes us no better than Islam. As Americans we defend our rights to the death, many Christian men and women still fight for their way of life...

ANYWAY lol back to the subject, btw I agree with you 100% about peoples warped view of Christianity, I have my own theories of why this is, the most common complaint is that they believe we are hypocrites but actually they are totally ignorant of the Word and it's message and hope for humanity.

If I could change one thing it would be complete acceptance and respect toward all church denominations, all of those Churches that claim anyone outside of THAT denomination is going to hell.... that is really pressing the great sin, to charge the brethren.

The schisms that have separated the faithful would not have come to pass so we could all, truly, be "one" in the faith

I find the question to be asking:
"If you could be God, what would you do to change what God has ordained?"
It is a question, that I find disturbing.
Therefore, I trust in the Sovereign plan of God, exactly as it has unfolded and will unfold. Everything is happening just as God has ordained and willed. His ways are perfect. I will not speak as though I could do better than the Sovereign King himself.

Metaphorically, what's something that you would wish to change in the world?
Not as God just to clarify..

I wish God had said "Oh, hey Noah, while you're in that boat, swat the two mosquitoes"

Luther and Calvin and the Particular Baptists would have progressively reformed the Catholic Church back to what scripture actually states, rather than progressively divided it.
